More details about Cassandra Clare’s Book signing on 4th July in London

We’ve been asked by many Shadowhunters about more information about the event in London Piccadilly on the 4th July 2013 where Cassie Clare, Jamie Campbell Bower and Sarah Rees Brennan will be signing books and doing a Q & A with fans.

I emailed Waterstones for me details and this is the info I got back:

I can confirm the following details regarding the Cassandra Clare event on 4th July at St James’s Church:

As there are a large number of people in attendance on the evening, we would like to allow as many people as possible the opportunity to meet Cassandra Clare and Jamie Campbell Bower during a book signing after the main event. Please therefore read and adhere to the terms and conditions below.

Due to health and safety reasons we please ask you to remain seated after the main event until an announcement had been made about the book signing.

Jamie Campbell Bower will only be signing one copy per person of the movie edition of The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones and due to time limitations books will be signed but not personally dedicated.

Cassandra Clare will sign a maximum of two books per person, one copy of the movie edition of The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones and another title of your choice. Due to time limitations only one book will be personally dedicated.

Sarah Rees Brennan will also be available to sign copies of her books.

Owing to time restraints there will be no posed customer photography and no merchandise will be signed.

We thank you for your understanding in these matters, please ask a bookseller if you have any further queries.

The movie edition of the book will be available for sale on the evening at St James’s Church.

Hope that helps everyone! Just comment below if you have more questions and I’ll see if I can get answers for you! 🙂

  1. To get a book signed by JCB, we HAVE to buy a movie edition of CoB?? Can’t he sign the original edition if I don’t want to buy the movie edition?
